So I've decided to start this new blog to help me stay on track with my weight loss goals.
My new year's resolution this year was to lose the 50 lbs I've slowly managed to gain over the last few years since I haven't been paying attention to my diet, or getting the kind of exercise I use to in my younger days.
I currently weigh 200, but I'm hoping to get down to 150 lb by the end of the year (or even sooner if possible!) but I'm trying to keep my goals realistic and achievable so I don't put too much pressure on myself, but at the same time, I want something that is enough to keep me motivated and feel rewarded for the lifestyle changes I'll be making.
It's my hope that writing up my thoughts here will help to keep me motivated and accountable. I started on this goal at the beginning on the year, but I really haven't made much progress, so it's time to get serious this time :)
