Just a quick update today! I've been doing this for 3 weeks now, and I've managed to look 6 pounds so far! It might not be too amazing, but I'm really pleased with my progress so far. It's been a challenge to eat in this new healthier way but it does make a difference, so seeing the progress even if it's gradual can be really motivating and make you stick with it.
I also think writing a journal can help so much to keep you focused and on track, so I'm going to stick with this for as long as I can :)
