Something that I learned recently is why it's important to make sure you're drinking enough water. Obviously that's something that practically everyone has heard before - but I never really took the steps to make sure I'm doing it!
I read this interesting article on webmd about the benefits of drinking more water and it made a lot of sense to me, mainly the point about helping you to control your calorie intake. Having a drink with every meal can also help to reduce hunger, and even means I don't eat all of my meal sometimes (so I can serve up smaller portions in future from now on, too.) All of these little things seem to add up and help in the long run :)
